Our showrooms display all ranges of products and some facilities Thom Kight & Company have to offer, catering for all types of services in accordance with your needs and wishes.
Our beautifully crafted coffins are made from various materials, from high-class solid wood caskets to eco-friendly coffins. We stock a wide range of quality urns used for underground and above-earth purposes made from any material of your choice such as wood, glass, stainless steel, marble, etc.
Our ancillary accessories and memorial products will ensure the final touch. Our floristry display will only give you an impression as all arrangements are custom-made.
Other facilities such as our Chapel or Rest and fleet of vehicles can be called upon when discussing your requirements.

The Chapel of Rest at our premises in Vrededorp can comfortably accommodate 100 people and can be adapted for any type of service.
Taking your beliefs and wishes into consideration, we will help you create a personal, meaningful service for your loved one.
Private viewings of the decease take place in our Chapel of Rest.
Please ask for more details such as flowers, decor, music, and funeral programme. We can also arrange for someone to officiate at the service if you wish.

Handling the Deceased
Transporting and preparing the deceased.
We are available 24/7 to transport the deceased to the mortuary on our premises. When you are ready, you may prepare the body yourselves or allow us to take care of this for you. We are licensed embalmers and also have skills in make-up and reconstructive cosmetics.
If, however, the death is not due to natural causes, the deceased will be taken to a government mortuary for a post-mortem examination. Thom Kight & Company can arrange a post-mortem with a private pathologist at our mortuary.

Our premises in Vrededorp, Johannesburg, are fully equipped to provide in-house catering and refreshments for funerals, wakes and memorials.
Taking your beliefs and wishes into consideration, we will help you create a personal, meaningful service for your loved one.
We can accommodate up to 100 guests and ensure that everybody is met with our warm hospitality. Our surroundings for the gathering of mourners are homely and comfortable.
We serve food, refreshments and drinks that are specially prepared for each occasion and as per your request.
